"Warranty help was okay, but slower than I hoped"
I had a problem with my earbuds and ended up contacting hifigo about the warranty. To be honest, I’m always a bit skeptical when dealing with customer service because I half expect to get brushed off or stuck in endless back-and-forth. They did respond and eventually helped me out, but it took a few messages and some waiting before things got moving. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I definitely wish it had been quicker and a little more straightforward...

I picked up a pair of IEMs from hifigo and I can't say I wasn't surprised by how good they sound. The mids are clean, the bass has a nice little punch, and the highs don't get too sharp or harsh, which I really appreciate.
I've been using them pretty much every day for music and gaming, and for the price, they don't feel like no cheap throwaway set. Shipping was fine too, but the sound is definitely why I'm giving them 5 stars.

Overall, not a bad experience, just not quite as smooth as it could be.

I wasn’t totally sure at first if it would be worth spending the money, but I decided to give it a try anyway. After using it, I felt happy with my decision. It did what I needed, and I didn’t feel like I had wasted my money at all. In the end, I’d say it was definitely worth it

My order from hifigo.com showed up really well packed. The box had no dents, and everything inside was wrapped neatly and felt really secure. It did take a little extra effort to open, but I’d rather deal with that than risk anything arriving damaged. A friend actually recommended hifigo to me, and after this order, I can see why.
